We especially love posts or videos that include an engaging or educational description: tell your story, share your process, or explain how the image was made!

Mention or tag the tools you used (tube color, connector, flashlight, etc.) if you can, it helps inspire others.

Any light-painting image, whether made with tubes, blades, orbs, drones, or fiber optics.
If it’s painted by hand with light, it fits perfectly here!
How to do it
When you post, simply tag the right account and invite it as a collaborator. DM us in advance if you want to plan a post in advance (for maximum visibility)
If your post fits our vibe and aligns with the guidelines above, we’ll gladly accept whenever possible!
How to Invite Us as Collaborators on Instagram
Inviting us as collaborators helps your post appear on both your profile and ours, giving it more visibility and engagement.
When creating a new post (before publishing):
Add your photo or video as usual.
On the “New Post” screen, tap “Tag people.”
At the bottom, tap “Invite collaborator.”
Search for and select one (or more) of our accounts:
@tubetribe@litbyhand@lightpaintingtubes
Finish your caption, tags, and description.
Publish your post, we’ll receive a notification and can choose to accept the collaboration invite.
If we accept, your post will:
✅ Appear on both our profiles.
✅ Reach both audiences.
✅ Share likes, comments, and visibility.
If we can’t accept, don’t worry, we still check tagged posts regularly and may feature your work in another way later on!
